In a world filled with uncertainty, division, and need, one thing is clear: we don’t just need more leaders—we need better leaders. Leaders with courage, empathy, and vision. Leaders who serve, not just speak. Leaders with a missionary heart.
Jesus didn’t come to be served, but to serve (Matthew 20:28). He went where people were hurting, sat with the rejected, healed the sick, and brought hope where there was none. That’s the kind of leadership the world desperately needs today.
A missionary heart is not just about going far—it's about being moved by compassion, wherever you are. It means seeing people as God sees them, stepping into brokenness, and choosing to lead with love and sacrifice, not ego or status.
We believe the next generation of world changers is already among us—young people in our own communities. That’s why we’re investing in leadership development through missions here in Piedras Negras, Mexico. We’re equipping youth to lead like Jesus: humbly, boldly, and with hearts ready to serve.
As Philippians 2:4-5 reminds us: “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus.”
The world doesn’t need more power-hungry voices. It needs servant-hearted leaders. Leaders with a missionary spirit.
