Our Story

1999

A life changing experience

A short-term mission trip to Chamacueros, Mexico sparks a vision that would later become Hands and Feet Ministries: making missions accessible to families and individuals willing to serve.

2000

Hands &Feet Ministries is founded

Hands and Feet Ministries was founded in 2000 by the Adams family, with the commitment that missions should be accessible to entire families and individuals willing to serve, regardless of age or background. This vision became the foundation of Hands and Feet Ministries.

2000 - 2010

Growing Through Missions

Over 10,000 men, women, and children participate in short-term mission trips to Mexico. During this season, the ministry supports the construction of churches, schools, orphanages, a medical clinic, and homes.

2000 - Present

Outreach & Disaster Relief

Hands and Feet becomes actively involved in disaster relief, medical clinics, and Vacation Bible Schools, serving thousands of children and families in vulnerable communities.

2007

Expanding Mission Opportunities

Through partnerships in the United States, Hands and Feet begins offering mission opportunities with the Navajo Nation in New Mexico, as well as international partnerships in Belize, Guatemala, and Honduras.

2008

Local Outreach in the United States

Heavenly Hand Me Downs opens in Adairsville, Georgia, serving the local community through affordable goods while providing sustainable support for the ministry’s mission.

2009

Education & Community Impact in Mexico

Hands and Feet commits to supporting a tuition-free Christian elementary school in Nava, Coahuila, strengthening education initiatives and community development for several years. While Hands and Feet no longer directly oversees the school, we remain grateful for the opportunity to have supported education initiatives that strengthened families and communities.
