In 2007 Hands and Feet began partnering with local missionaries in New Mexico to reach the Navajo people for Christ. Alcoholism, abuse, and poverty are huge challenges that affect the majority of the Navajo families that live on the reservations we work in. Mission teams are encouraged to lead evangelistic day camps, sports camps, block parties, back yard Bible clubs, revivals, etc. and find a way to show the community about the hope and sense of self-worth that can only be found in Christ.
