Interns do a variety of jobs, ranging from helping the team on job sites and at VBS, helping lead team devotionals by speaking or leading music, reaching out into the local community and developing relationships, etc. Above all our interns exist to be examples of Christ's love not only in these communities, but for all of the mission teams who down to work with our ministry. This summer we will be offering internships in both Piedras Negras, Mexico; Guanajuato, Mexico; Guatemala City, Guatemala, and New Mexico. Students looking for an in-depth look at full time ministry are encouraged to serve in Piedras Negras, our most developed ministry site. Only students 18+ will be accepted for the Guatemala and Guanajuato programs, where you will spend the majority of your time helping with the local ministry's daily operations (ideal for those considering full time foreign missions).
Term prices for the summer are as follows:
*18+ only, limited availability based on application This price includes all food, lodging, transportation while in country, and international insurance. If serving in Piedras, we try and facilitate caravans with teams going there, but you are ultimately responsible for arranging your own travel to Mexico. Hands and Feet Ministries has an internship program offered every summer that invites students ages 16-25 to come serve God in an incredibly fulfilling way here in Latin America! Internships are offered for 2-4 week periods with extended stays of up to 8 weeks offered to returning interns or older students.
