1. Checks are received by mail at P.O. Box 270 Adairsville, GA or personally delivered to Hands and Feet’s home office at Heavenly Hand Me Downs.
2. Deposit slip for United Community Bank of Adairsville is filled out with check amount and money allocation (nava school, student sponsorship program, general, ext…)
3. Deposit slip and checks are scanned and e-mailed to bookkeeper. (IMPORTANT Routing number and account number must be covered before scanning and e-mailing.)
4. Once the e-mail is sent from Hands and Feet’s home office it is to be deleted permanently from the senders e-mail account.
5. Bookkeeper records deposits into Hands and Feet’s QuickBooks account and records donor information into donor database.
6. Once information is recorded the e-mail is to be deleted permanently from Bookkeepers e-mail account.
